Our current turnaround is approximately 6-8 weeks. Please note that we CANNOT add on to your order after you have already placed it. You will be required to meet the $300 minimum for any additional items. Thanks!
Order Minimum: $300.00 total per order. You can order anything from our site to get to this amount. It is important to note that each style has a minimum quantity ranging from 1-6 units. This information is listed in the description of every item for simplicity. We do not accept add-ons, so please review that you have everything in your cart before you place your order. If you forget something – You will need to place a new order and meet the minimum of $300.00 to order again.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards. Your order must be paid in full before it will go into production.
Shipping: All wholesale orders are shipped using rates based on your address and order size. The shipping turnaround can take as long as 4-6 weeks. Rush orders are possible, but will involve extra fees. We are not responsible for customs or import fees. Please check your country’s policies if you are placing an order outside of North America. Tracking numbers will be provided. We are not responsible for items lost due to the fault of the carrier.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice and are non negotiable.
Returns: If an item reaches you in a damaged condition or you are unsatisfied with the product, we will refund the wholesale purchase price on return of the item. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your items to submit any return or refund claims.

Please remember that our products are “unapologetically handmade”. There will be variations in color, shape, and construction. These differences are celebrated as they are a mark of human hands touching every single piece.
